There are approximately 145,000 people in the UK with Parkinson’s disease. Whilst there is currently no cure for Parkinson’s disease, medications are available that can improve the symptoms.

Other therapies contained in our prescribing database include anticholinergics (such as procyclidine), monoamine oxidase-B (MOA-B) inhibitors (such as selegiline and rasagiline), and catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) inhibitors (for example, entacapone).
